Robert Trail Library Location: Saint Paul, MN
Completion Date: Fall 2008 Description: The fifth library to be constructed by CM and our third with Dakota County, MN, the Robert Trail Library consists of 21,000 square feet, and features brick and a radius landscape trellis. Minneapolis Community and Technical College Location: Minneapolis, MN
Completion Date: Fall 2008 Description: CM Construction will complete the $15 million remodeling and addition to Metropolitan State University in downtown Minneapolis. With over 14,000 s.f. of terra cotta cladding wall system as an alternate to brick imported from Germany. Additional Photos:

Completion Date: Spring 2008 Description: Public Transit is an important part of life in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN.
