Adult Education Center
Location: Brooklyn Center, MN
Description: Sometimes a building is much more than just brick and mortar. This 3-story education center for adult immigrants, teaches English as a second language to help the nation’s newcomers assimilate into American culture and find productive, meaningful work.

Clover Ridge Elementary
Location: Chaska, MN
Description: Built in fourteen months at a cost of $10.5 million, the Clover Ridge Elementary School is an 88,000 square foot building featuring new and pre-cast masonry. The design features a central pod with perimeter classrooms for each grade and natural skylights throughout. CM Construction worked closely with two different developers; the City of Chaska and the school district for the construction of the building. We also built a new road for housing and utilities to the new areas.

Pioneer Trail Freshman Center
Location: Chaska, MN
Description: Built in sixteen months at a cost of $15.9 million, the 150,000 square foot two-story new masonry Pioneer Trail Freshman Center features multi-exterior wall surface treatments of various colored metal panels both flat and ribbed, colored bricks and curtain wall glass with large two story open areas, and architectural precasts.

Normandale Community College
Location: Bloomington, MN
Description: CM Construction built multiple projects throughout the campus including additions, remodels and enclosed courtyard spaces that have transformed a suburban community college into a beautiful, functional campus.

Location: Rosemount, MN
Description: Within three months, CM Construction built multiple additions that blended into and enhanced both the beauty and functionality of the existing school.

Location: Brooklyn Center, MN
Description: With growing enrollment, Garden City Elementary turned to CM Construction to build new 40,000 square foot classrooms and an administration area to better serve its students.
