Minnetonka High School - Veterans Field Location: Minnetonka, MN
Description: Installation of new grass-like synthetic turf is a specialty that few construction companies are prepared for. CM handled the entire $3.5 million project, giving Minnetonka High School one of the high-tech fields in the country. Additional Photos:

Shakopee Aquatic Center Location: Shakopee, MN
Description: CM was responsible for demolishing and removing the old and handled the construction of an entirely new public facility for the Lion's Park swim area. The project features changing rooms, concession areas, and patios that make a day at the man-made lake even more enjoyable. Additional Photos:

Teddy Bear Park Location: Stillwater, MN
Description: St. Paul’s Teddy Bear Park offered a challenge. The site was a difficult, small, unused site with a 30' of grade change and limestone cliffs. We worked with the terrain, rather than against it to transform the space into something special for children. Custom craftsmanship makes this project a source of pride for both CM and St. Paul. Minnetonka Regional Park Location: Minnetonka, MN
Description: CM Construction transformed a former residence along the shore of Lake Minnetonka into a visitor’s center through building addition and renovation to the existing tudor style. We constructed beach buildings, maintenance, restrooms, information kiosks, and a boat launch over 292 acres. Additional Photos:

Brookland Golf Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Description: The old clubhouse didn’t meet customers’ needs anymore, so CM removed it and constructed a new clubhouse in the character of the surrounding residential area. Additional Photos:

Daytonport Rest Station Location: Daytonport, MN
Description: This rest station built north of Anoka on Highway 10 was constructed for the MN Department of Transportation. Nestled among the surrounding oak trees, the brick and wood building offers a soothing break for travelers. Additional Photos:
