Osseo High School
Location: Osseo, MN
Description: In order to save money and make the school more functional, Osseo High School hired CM Construction to remove over 20,000 square feet of curtain wall and replace it with new energy efficient glass systems. We also updated mechanical systems with unit ventilators and completed the entire project over the school’s summer break. The school district cost for heating and cooling dropped dramatically after the retrofit.
