University Bank - Saint Paul, MN
CM Construction was brought in to assist University Bank of St. Paul, MN and its architect with remodeling and addition to its current multi-level building. We reviewed architectural and engineering plans, provided budgets, value engineering, and suggestions for alternative building materials during a period when high costs and delays would be expected.
CM Construction requested competitive bids from the best subcontractors in the market and oversaw subcontractor selection for the job.
Further, our on-site supervisors oversaw the safety and quality control and with the assistance of the project manager, to coordinate owner/architect meetings for the multi-phased project, which was never closed to the University Bank customers.
