We often refer to our Design/Build Service as a true turnkey operation. Many clients know that they need a new space, building or structure, but need help discovering where to go in order to make it real. Design/Build projects take away the headaches by placing us in charge of the responsibility for hiring everyone from architects and engineers to performing surveys and testing to managing the construction process. In the end, we turn the keys to the brand new project to the owner, having managed the process from start to finish.

Shelter Supply - Lakeville, MN
Shelter Supply hired CM Construction to design a building to be located in Lakeville, MN to office its employees and warehouse product. CM Construction provided several design options for office design/warehousing and provided for the most functional shipping/receiving layout possible within the confines of the very small site.
The owner wished to use in-floor heating and operable windows for natural ventilation, which we made possible by designing them into other efficient mechanical and electrical systems.
The option of an energy efficient exterior, which would be cost effective, durable, attractive, and meet city requirements, was met using architectural pre-cast wall panels. The Shelter Supply project came in on time and under budget using the Design/Build delivery method with CM Construction.
